At Leather In Your Life (LIYL), customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged or defective product, we're here to help.
Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Returns or exchanges are accepted only if:

The item is damaged or defective upon delivery.

The issue is reported within 24 hours of receiving your order.

The product is unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging and accessories (if applicable).
To process your request, clear photos or videos of the damaged item and its packaging may be required.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind.

Incorrect product selection by the customer.

Products that have been used, worn, altered, or damaged after delivery.

Requests made after the 24-hour reporting period.
Return & Exchange Process

Exchange Shipping Charges

If you are requesting an exchange for reasons other than a damaged or defective item, the customer is responsible for all shipping charges associated with the exchange.

If the exchange is approved due to a product that was damaged or incorrect upon arrival, Leather In Your Life (LIYL) will bear the shipping cost for the replacement.
Refunds
If a return is approved and a replacement is not available, a refund may be issued using the original payment method. Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
