At Leather In Your Life (LIYL), we are committed to delivering your orders safely and on time. Please review our shipping policy before placing an order.

Shipping Coverage

We currently ship only within Pakistan. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery time is:

  • 3–5 business days across Pakistan.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays.

Shipping Charges

  • Standard Shipping: PKR 250

  • Free Shipping: Available on all orders above PKR 5,000.

Courier Partners

We ship orders through trusted courier services, including:

  • PostEx

  • TCS

The courier partner may vary depending on your delivery location.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive your tracking information via Email and WhatsApp, allowing you to monitor your shipment until it arrives.

Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Address changes can only be made before your order has been dispatched.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact our customer support within 24 hours of delivery. Kindly provide clear photos of the damaged product and packaging so we can investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Failed Deliveries

If a shipment is returned due to delivery issues, our support team will assist in arranging re-delivery where applicable.
